October 12-22 - Fall Maintenance Shutdown

The Nakusp Hot Springs is currently closed for our annual Fall Maintenance Shutdown and will reopen on Friday, October 23. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we take this time to refresh and maintain our facilities. We look forward to welcoming you back on October 23!

Temporary Large Pool Closure After Fall Maintenance Shutdown

Due to weather and personnel delays, tile and grout work in the large pool was not completed as scheduled during the fall shutdown, and the new grout needs additional time to fully cure before the pool can be refilled and used safely. As a result, the large pool will stay closed for a few extra days after the facility reopens. The small pool will open on Friday, October 23rd, with a maximum occupancy of 25 people. The large pool will reopen on Monday afternoon, October 26th, 2026. Thank you for your patience while we make sure the work is done right!

The Village of Nakusp is located on the shores of Upper Arrow Lake, a portion of the Columbia River, in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada. The Nakusp Hot Springs are found after a beautiful drive into the forest, 14 km northeast of Nakusp (paved road).
